A lifesaver for those sneaky flares!

I have bottles of these chews stashed all over my house! They’re a great way to get a quick boost of sodium. I keep them on hand for random flares and also have a couple before doing physical activity that could trigger my POTS. My husband loves them too!

Absolutely love these for on the go!

Sometimes you forget your electrolytes, or you are in a hurry to get out the door, or simply on the go. The Vitassium electrolyte fast chews are my go to for these instances! I keep a bottle in my car, in my purse, go bag, etc. I do not leave my house without them. I tend to love to use them before popping into a store because I still wear a mask. This way i dont have to constantly take off my mask to drink if im indoors. I also love taking them right before I am popping into an appointment to help with symptom management. Highly recommend!
