Why does Brian use SaltStick?
“Through many years of experience in triathlon, I have learned a tremendous amount on the nutrition subject and how it correlates to performance. Nutrition plays a huge role on a cellular level in preparation and training performance on a daily basis which, consequently, has a direct impact on race performance. SaltStick is a staple in my training routine, as well as a go-to during the critical moments in my racing, especially in the late stages of the run in the heat.”
